The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. A third bedroom also offers 1 double bed with the same configuration of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor is further completed by an open kitchen and a bathroom with WC, accompanied by a separate WC.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms provide further sleeping arrangements.
