The kitchen is also open-plan and well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules, along with a dining table. There is also a separate guest toilet on this level. The lower ground floor houses two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, and a third bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level, and the apartment features wooden floors throughout.
