Two bedrooms and shower room on upper floor. Small private garden and parking with EV charging available. The quiet beach of Kinghorn harbour is only two minutes walk away. Two minutes in the other direction gets you onto the Fife Coastal Path, 117 miles to explore. Fife itself has plenty to explore from castles and stately homes, Outlander filming locations, over 40 golf courses, historic villages with bigger places like Edinburgh, Perth & Stirling within an hours drive.
