Villa Ivić-Two Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool

Villa Ivić is situated in a small village called Ljuta (Konavle region). Shrouded by natural landscape, away from the crowds, traffic and loud city noise this place is ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Spacious sun terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols, private outdoor seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities, outdoor dining area, as well as private garden, children's playground and pay equipment are at your disposal, which makes this Villa the ideal place for your holiday.

Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.

Private parking is provided, reservation is not needed.

This lovely two bedroom villa with private pool is perfectly fit for up to six people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning, cable/ SAT internet enabled LCD TV and safety deposit box. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The villa has two private bathroom fitted with shower and toilet.

Washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing facilities and baby cot are at your disposal.

If you like the taste of traditional cuisine restaurant Konavoski dvori and Konoba Vinica Monkovic are the ideal places for you. They are located approx. 1.3 km away from the property.

The closest beach can be found in 9 km range, while the ATM's, post office, supermarket, bank. cafes and restaurants can be found in Gruda, approx. 2 km away from the property.


Dubrovnik Old Town is located approx 35 km while Cavtat Old Town is located 18 km away from the property.

Dubrovnik Airport is 13 km away from the property.
