Guest House Ivana is situated in Gruž, neighborhood near Dubrovnik's main bus station and ferry port. It is only 10 minutes ride away from the Old Town.

Luggage storage before check in and after check out is available.

This spacious two bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for four adults and a child up to 12 years old at additional cost of 15 euro per night.
It features free WiFi, flat screen TV and fan. Kitchen is well equipped and comes with dining area. Private bathroom includes shower cabin and hair dryer.
Lovely furnished terrace and garden are at guests disposal.
Washing machine is available, price is 10€ per use.

Due to the property's excellent location, everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached in a proximate distance. Grocery stores, green market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATM's can be found at the area. Famous Lapad Bay beaches are 2 km away. The famous Old Town of Dubrovnik is 3 km away, with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away. Nearest bus station is within walking distance from the apartment, with buses passing frequently and it takes less than a 10 minute ride to the Old Town, or 30 minute walk.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Ivana is charming and extremely helpful. The local buses and airport shuttle is very close. Walking distance to old town and restaurants. Bedrooms very roomy and beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

It was so lovely clean and close to the port, \nIt felt very personal and loved, The owner was on site and totally available but not in your face!\nThe accommodation was immaculate and welcoming, It did feel like a step back in time, but that added to the beauty of it! \nThey do have pets, but they didn',t invade us and we were naughty and encouraged them ( sorry - not sorry) \nThere is a supermarket next door which was very handy as we had needed to get picnic items! \nAccommodation was very safe and secure!

Non existent communication, heavily perfumed cat hotel

When we arrived in Dubrovnik we used maps to find Guest House Ivana but to no avail. We drove around and around looking for the apt. No luck. I tried to contact her through VRBO. I tried to contact DirectBooker. No response at all. When we finally found the staircase in the grocery store parking lot my husband went up to see if it was the place and she opened the gate for us. She made a comment about waiting and waiting which was irritating because she clearly never looked at the app to see the messages that I had sent. The main apartment doesn’t lock but the bedrooms do. There are a bunch of cats roaming around outside and they’ll come in if you leave the door open. My husband and son are allergic to cats- that should’ve been noted on the listing. There’s also an enclosed “cat hospital” out back with a lot of animal feces behind it. Gross. One of the most irritating things was that she heavily perfumed the place with some awful perfume. It was in several vases of fake flowers so we moved them outside the apartment door. She had also sprayed the curtains by the table and I couldn’t even eat in the kitchen. I get migraines from strong smells. Laundry costs 13 euros/load!! Parking will cost you around 20 euros/day. The kitchen towels were old dingy and greying. I don’t expect brand new but something that looks clean would be nice. I’d tell you how to get there but just save the trouble and go elsewhere. I’ve never been so excited to leave a place.
