Great Studio Apartment Walking Distance from the Old Town

Well refurbished, modern and clean bathroom, excellent shower and air conditioning. Zero hassle during check in and check out, and the airport transfer was seamless. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you would need. Great shower and view from the outside area. Location perfect for walking in to the walled city. The host was so helpful. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Dubrovnik gem

This property has all the required amenities for a truly enjoyable experience. Close to walled city by walking( 10 minutes) , close to grocery store ( 2 minutes) , close to public beach (Banje) and private with an outdoor patio to enjoy the views. Marijana (host) is very pleasant and helpful in suggesting activities to do in Dubrovnik while providing an excellent accommodation for travellers.

Great apartment

Really nice apartment in a great location. The view from the terrace is amazing of the old town. Very well equipped kitchen area with a big double comfy bed. The bathroom and shower is great . Good Wi-Fi too. Lovely sitting out on the terrace area. The hosts are fantastic checking you have everything that you need for your stay in Dubrovnik. Only small but perfect for single travellers or 2 people. You will find yourself when there sitting out on the terrace enjoying the view. Great accommodation.

Nice stay, but

A clean basic studio apartment with a very good air conditioner. The view is nice but is only from the porch. The location is good but the so called 10-minute walk to the Old Town is not for the faint of heart as it involves a steep incline and lots of steps.

Great Host

We were very comfortable in this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It even had coffee filters for the coffee maker. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night. Marijana is a great host. She communicated quickly, answered all our questions and gave us several recommendations for our stay in Dubrovnik. She was also very helpful in arranging cabs and dinner reservations as well. There is a steep walk up the hill to the apartments, but that is Dubrovnik. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Wohlfühltemperatur

Gebucht 07.-14. April 2023. Die Wohnung war unterkühlt und mit dem vorhandenen Klimagerät nicht zu beheizen, das Bad, gänzlich ohne Heizung, war eiskalt. Nach der dritten Übernachtung in ein Hotel gewechselt. Wir haben uns mit dem Vermieter finanziell geeinigt. So gab es doch noch einen vesöhnlichen Abschluss.

Perfect stay!

Wonderful apartment with great view. Super clean with all amenities. Lovely patio for having a glass of wine and watching the sun set over old town. Quick 10 minute walk to everything. Coffee and groceries not far. Marijana is a delightful host and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!

Relax in busy Dubrovnik

Perfect location especially to get out of Old Town though an easy walk. Very peaceful. Dubrovnik is stairs and more stairs which I adored but this property gives one the option of less stairs. Great coffee bar and market on street below. Very convenient. Views lovely.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Dubrovnik

Schöner hätten wir uns unseren Urlaub nicht vorstellen können. Das Appartement war oberhalb der Altstadt von Dubrovnik gelegen, mit einer wunderschönen Schatten-Terrasse und einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die mittelalterliche Stadt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich und gepflegt, hatte alles, was man brauchte. Alles in allem: nur zu empfehlen. A perfect stay for two

The apartment has a very good location from where you achieve the old city and the beach within 10 Minutes. In the apartment itself you find everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the sea and the old harbour. The terrace is a perfect place for a nice cozy evening. Marijana is very friendly and welcoming and is always ready to help.

Super address in Dubrovnik

We had a really pleasant time at Marijanas place. A nice Apartment where everything is there, and a shadowed terrace with this exciting view. the place is at the hill and so we could train our fitness by walking a lot of stairs, a thing you cannot avoid in Dubrovnik. but you have only a few minutes walk to a small Supermarket, to nice cafes and to the beach. and Marijana is a really lovely host.

Simply beautiful and memorable . Marijana's place #1

First of all Marijana the owner was the most helpful ,warm and professional lady and property owner of any place I have ever stayed, I am in the travel business and we tend to be critical, I could not find a negative even if I tried real hard. before our arrival and during. We felt we were visiting friends instead of staying at a rental. The location was awesome, we had the studio , which has a view of old town nd the harbor ,had breakfast there with this magical view. The apartment was well equipped , clean and modern. If you need a 2 bedroom , you will have the view of your life, even the one bedroom it is simply spectacular . Grocery store is just down a level of steps, and if you walk to the right about 5 minutes you will end up at the cable car station beach is just below that. The old town is one of the most incredible historic ,amazing place I have ever been to. This is where the Throne of games was filmed. around that area there is a bar on a cliff which you must h ave a beer or a glass of wine, incredible sensation to sit at such a magnificent place. You must not miss swimming in these waters, warm and at the same time so refreshing , you will not want to get out. Don't miss the fruit market at the old town. It offers the best , freshest berries you will ever find anywhere along with so many other great things to eat. SHOP here for your fruits, veggies and so much more. A huge thank you to Marijana and her wonderful family for making our stay a very happy and memorable one. We will be back

Wonderful place to stay..!!

The location is brilliant, only 10 minutes walk to the Old Town or the local beach. The view is fantastic and takes your breath away every time you look at it. Accommodation was very clean with plenty of room. Marijana and her family are lovely, and were very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time, and would definitely stay here again.
