Welcome to Villasol, a spacious villa with private pool!

Welcome to Villasol, a spacious 180-square-meter villa on a lot of nearly 800 square metres, featuring a 5x10-metre private pool, multiple terraces, and a large parking area.

The villa is located in a residential community in Rojales, between the La Marquesa golf course and the wooded area behind Guardamar del Segura; the distance to Guardamar Beach is approximately 7 km. Rojales is located approximately 15 km north of Torrevieja.

The villa is a single-story home and features air conditioning with both heating and cooling (in the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms). There is a (partially) covered terrace of 45 m² that is part of the villa. Additionally, there are several terraces by the pool in the garden. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue are provided.

Visit cities such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia, or Cartagena, or explore the weekly markets in charming Spanish villages in the area. There are also several shopping centers for those who enjoy shopping. The long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura and the beaches and boulevards near Torrevieja. There are also several amusement parks and nature reserves in the area. And a wide selection of restaurants.

Absolutely loved this spacious villa. Familiar location for us and well placed, making it extremely quiet and relaxing. Property is very clean and well laid out with all the facilities that we needed. Outside is a fantastic space with a large shaded veranda, leading out to the terrace and beautiful pool. Plenty of seating and sun beds and a very welcome and solid gazebo. We were met by Arienne who showed us around and gave us all the information that we would need to enjoy our stay. In all, 10/10 and a perfect villa to enjoy some well earned time out.

We had a fantastic week in Villasol. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. We were met by Ariënne who was lovely and extremely helpful, giving us a little tour of the villa and explaining how everything worked. There were plenty of towels, spare pillows and the beds were really comfy. The highlight was the pool area which the children didn't want to leave. The pool was lovely and big with lots of places to sit, 4 sun loungers and shady areas. We were very grateful for the air con in the villa and the WiFi was great. The only thing that was missing was a hair dryer, but Ariënne was on hand to help with that! We would definitely book again.
