The Space:

The decoration is simple and minimalist, in a most relaxing atmosphere. It has an air-conditioned living room in neutral bright tones, comfortably furnished with large sofas and many white and beige cushions, a perfect setup to enjoy pleasant movie nights. Under the covered terrace, the outdoor dining room can accommodate up to eight guests around a beautiful wooden table for dining fresco, adjoining a nice outdoor lounge area. In another building, the spacious cream-toned kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals or to call upon a private chef. It features a bar with six chairs topped with modern hanging lights, a lovely place for talking and relaxing watching the ocean. An outdoor barbecue is also available.



On the terrace, there is a sumptuous heated infinity swimming pool for delightful swimming sessions under the Saint Barths sun. Lounge chairs are all around it, facing the magnificent panorama over the ocean while yachts sail away.



It is composed of four splendid air-conditioned, spacious and well-furnished bedrooms. Each has a king size bed and a private bathroom with enchanting views over the tropical vegetation and the stone walls, including one with indoor and outdoor showers. Nicely decorated with bright tones and opening onto stunning ocean views, the four bedrooms are peaceful and very quiet. Two bedrooms are on one floor of the property, one room is on the main level and the fourth one is on a lower level.



It also has a well-equipped air-conditioned fitness room with treadmill, elliptical and weight training machine.
