Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Building is located in Cityscape area very close to Calgary Airport.

House is 2 mins away from Cityscape Square (convenience stores , restaurants , car wash etc.) bus stop, and 6 min drive to Calgary Airport. A private room in a house with access to shared areas like the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The room includes a queen-size bed with pillows, sheets and a duvet, smart TV, night stands, lamps

Pls note that smoking, weed, drugs and partying is not allowed on property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am in the morning.

Guest are entitled to 1 free street parking in front of house.

We only provide Microwave for heating food.

Guest has access to 1.5 bathrooms for convenience.

Title: Disappointing Stay – Needs Attention and Better Standards Unfortunately, my stay at this property did not meet expectations. While the listing looked promising, several issues made the experience uncomfortable. There was no Wi-Fi available, which wasn’t communicated in advance. The bathroom was not clean, with mold beginning to grow in one corner of the floor. In the bedroom, I could not readily see the top sheet on the bed because it was not made properly, and the dresser inside the closet had someone else’s belongings in the drawers—giving the impression the space hadn’t been fully prepared for guests. Although house rules were posted in the kitchen asking guests to tidy up, there were no garbage bins to be found. The kitchen itself had dirty dishes in the sink and clean ones piled high in an overflowing drying rack. There was also no cutlery available, and the fridge contained old food and random leftovers, which felt unsanitary. The room itself is located at the top of a steep, narrow, and winding staircase, which could be a safety concern for some guests. Lastly, the bedroom window faces a blank wall from the neighboring house, so there’s no real view or natural light. I hope this feedback helps the host make necessary improvements. With better cleaning, clearer communication, and some basic amenities, this could be a much more welcoming space.
