Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the apartment looks very different from the photos. The quality, comfort, and overall feeling of the place are far below what was presented online. Moreover, it was neither mentioned in the listing nor visible in the pictures that the apartment is located on the ground floor. Everyone entering or leaving the building passes directly in front of the windows, which means there is absolutely no privacy. Additionally, the entrance door is right next to the wall of the apartment, so I can hear every time someone comes in or out. Personally, I strongly dislike ground-floor apartments and would never have booked this one had I known about it beforehand. On top of that, one of the curtains is missing, the shoe cabinet is broken, and one of the radiators does not work, the bed is loud, the cushions are dirty and the table burned. To make things worse, I also saw cockroaches in the kitchen. This is completely unacceptable for an apartment at this price level.

Lockbox codes did not work

The codes provided for the lockbox to pick up the keys did not work. I was late for an appt because i couldnt get in to the apartment. They finally unlocked it remotely.It was nearly impossible to communicate with the property owner. I was given a single phone number which was long distance, unable to text or use Whatsapp. No email provided, only blank dashes. Sending messages through the app only gave me AI generated responses.Once i was in, everything was fine but it was a very stressful few hours.
