On m’a communiquĂ© un mauvais code pour entrer dans le logement. AprĂšs plusieurs tentatives, appel au service client (qui Ă©tait fermĂ© alors que c’est une entrĂ©e autonome 24H/24), je me suis retrouvĂ©e Ă  la rue en plein Paris Ă  23h30 avec mes 2 enfants. TrĂšs difficile de trouver un hĂŽtel. A 2h30 du matin nous avions enfin trouver un hĂŽtel. Le lendemain matin j’appelle le service client qui admet que j’ai eu un mauvais code. J’accĂšde enfin Ă  l’appartement au rez de chaussĂ©e dans la cour intĂ©rieure des poubelles. Les containers de tout l’immeuble Ă©taient collĂ©s Ă  ma porte! J’entre dans l’appartement infestĂ© de blattes. Un dĂ©goĂ»t, une horreur! J’ai appelĂ© le service client qui n’a rien fait. AprĂšs insistance ils me proposent de me rembourser la nuit oĂč je n’ai pas pu rentrer dans le logement (l’hĂŽtel que j’ai du prendre au dernier moment Ă©tait 2 fois plus cher
) et en compensation du prĂ©judice de me rembourser les frais de mĂ©nage. Aujourd’hui je sui encore en train d’essayer d’obtenir ce maudit remboursement, ils ignorent mes e-mails et je n’ai rien reçu Ă  ce jour. En plus d’avoir logĂ© dans un appartement insalubre je n’ai eu AUCUN dĂ©dommagement. Je ne compte pas en rester lĂ . Je ne recommande PAS DU TOUT ce site et surtout pas l’appartement 43 rue Montcalm Ă  Paris, FUYEZZZZ !!! Ils ont gĂąchĂ© mes vacances avec mes enfants !!! Une honte !
