At guests' disposal, a smaller outbuilding equipped with 1 complete kitchen with large dining room, large not-fenced garden, 2 gazebos with tables and chairs for outdoor dinners, built-in barbecue, heating, wi-fi internet connection, 2 baby beds, 1 high chair and a private parking.

Le Casaline, immersed in the nature at an altitude of 750 meters, offers extraordinary views of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Around the accommodation there is a large not fenced garden, enriched with flowers, bushes and trees, a built-in barbecue, a gazebo with two tables and benches for outdoor dinners and a gazebo with small tables, perfect for an aperitif at sunset time. The property is enriched by 20 hectares of land with chestnut groves, olive groves, vineyards, arable land, woods and pastures where it is possible to take long walks and where guests may have the opportunity to collect the fruits of season in special times of the year. The underground bean-shaped swimming pool, located in a lateral position, measures 3x4 and has a depth of 1.20 meters. The paved solarium area around it is equipped with 16 sunbeds and an external solar hot water shower. All outdoor areas are well maintained with care. An entrance that is always open leads to the property and to the parking lot.Interiors
Le Casaline (ca. 300 m2) consists in 8 residential units each with an independent entrance was created from the restoration of an old farmhouse.
It spreads over two floors.
On the ground floor, with entrance on the back, guests can find two double bedrooms, “Rosmarino” (with a decorative fireplace) and “Lavanda”, both equipped with a small mini-bar, kettle, espresso pod machine, 1 private bathroom with shower (without bidet) and 2 small garden tables in the outdoor area.
Still on the ground floor, with front entrance, guests can find two apartments, “Maggiorana” and “Salvia”: the first one has a decorative fireplace and both of them have a kitchenette (sink, 4-burner hobs, extractor hood, small fridge, kettle, espresso pod machine), a double bedroom, 1 private bathroom with shower. In front of their entrances guests can find a small garden table and a sail awning.
Guests can access the first floor via two external staircases (8 steps each), located on the two sides of the farmhouse: on the right side guests can find the apartment “Elicrisio”. At its entrance there's an internal staircase (8 steps) that leads onto two double bedrooms, a bathroom with large shower (accessed via 4 steps), a kitchen (4-burner hobs, extractor hood, small fridge, espresso pod machine, kettle). On the left side of the farmhouse guests can find the apartment “Curcuma”. At its at entrance there is an internal staircase (8 steps) which leads onto two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and two sinks, a kitchen (4-burner hobs, extractor hood, small fridge, espresso pod machine, kettle).
In front of the farmhouse guests can find a smaller building, completely renovated: at the basement floor of this building there is a kitchen with a large table and chairs that can accommodate the entire group. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, extractor hood, toaster, moka coffee machine and espresso pods, dishwasher, juicer, kettle. On this floor guests can also find 1 service bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large room with tables which, in the presence of the owner only, can accommodate the entire group for self-produced wine and olive oil. In a separate room there is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The farmhouse is located in Seggiano, a strategic place between Monte Amiata and the Siena area. The farmhouse, surrounded by greenery, mixes a rustic atmosphere with modern comforts and offers its guests the opportunity to explore the beauty of the region without giving up the pleasure of feeling at home. The price includes the first supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen with weekly change, water, electricity,gas consumption (but not heating), wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby beds. On request, to be paid on site, domestic help and possibility of a cook and yoga courses at sunset time.
