一戸建ての家-Podere Fortunato-は、最大6人までの本当の休日の感覚を提供します。 2階には、3つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、暖炉のあるリビングルーム、キッチン、大きなダイニングテーブルのあるロッジア、隣接するプールエリアのある南/西向きのテラスがあります。 2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれバスルームが隣接しています。 3番目の寝室は、1階下の3番目の浴室を使用します。 藤の木陰でパーゴラの下でくつろいだり、ラウンジコーナーでリラックスしたり、屋外バーでドリンクを楽しんだりできます。

テラスに隣接する5 x 10 mのプールには、サンラウンジャー、パラソル、バースツールと冷蔵庫のある屋外バーがあります。 プールは、Podere Fortunatoのゲストのみが使用します。 ここから、トスカーナの丘の間の夕日の壮大な景色を楽しむことができます。

絶滅した火山「モンテアミアータ」のふもとでは、トスカーナで最も美しいエリアの1つにいます。 マウンテンバイカーはここでお金の価値を手にします。 「モンテアミアータ」周辺には数多くの温泉があります。 一部の川は、流入する熱湯によって温められ、寒い季節でも特別な入浴の喜びを提供します。

Det mest fantastiske hus

Vi har haft den mest fantastiske ferie. Det er det bedste hus vi nogensinde har boet i. Dejlige badeværelser og soveværelser. Køkkenet fungerede helt perfekt. Pool området var suverænt og udsigten er noget af det bedste vi har oplevet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

WOW- What a house!

Fantastic 12 days in this gorgeous house in a perfect location! This house was spotlessly clean! We enjoyed every moment! Wish we cold have used the beautiful pool, but weather did not allow.Particularly loved the kitchen which was well-stocked and made cooking so enjoyable. Really good beds and appreciated the ensuite bathrooms. Loved the covered dining area with the gorgeous view as well as the outdoor patio. Beautiful grounds - the lilacs and irises were heaven!Fantastic location for exploration of the area. Walked someplace beautiful every day. So many wonderful restaurants within 30 minutes of driving. Highly recommend this house and would be thrilled to return.

Beautiful stay, charming.

Ample space with 3 nice sized bedrooms. Kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. The view and the pool area are spectacular. We will be back in September for a chance to enjoy the pool. Iris was very responsive to our communications and Uran helped us with setting up heating upon arrival. We will definitely be back.

Incredible Stay

This is a fantastic property that is perfectly out of the way in a beautiful part of southern Tuscany. Home is clean and comfortable with amazing views of the countryside and olive trees. Decor and furnishings are true to the area. Very private. Area has numerous wineries nearby, but not excessively full of tourists, which was nice. The pool area and patios are a dream. The host was excellent in terms of communication and it is clear that she is enthusiastic about the property and the region. Our expectations were exceeded and we would definitely consider returning!

Gorgeous Tuscan Getaway

This home is the epitome of Tuscany. The house is quaint and the views are just gorgeous. This isn’t in a busy tourist area, which is refreshing! Highly recommend this home!

Undiscovered Tuscany

My husband and I stayed at this remote olive farm for 3 days. It is really lovely. Very well appointed, great kitchen, spectacular views of the valley. It is quite rural but close to seggiano. There is a learning curve to this area (Iris has an amazing booklet of helpful information). We explored local towns of montalcino, Pienze and Sienna. My only advice would be to leave yourself more time, a week minimum. It is buggy. Bring bug juice as it is hard to find in the stores!

If you’ve never been to Tuscany and you imagine what it could be like, this is everything you’ve ever dreamt of! Location is incredible and the surrounding towns are beautiful. The use of the GPS coordinates is key. Our host was awesome and her attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Wunderbar!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche hier. Das Haus ist fantastisch ausgestattet, mit allen Dingen, die man braucht. Man merkt überall, dass die Besitzer das Haus mit sehr viel Herzblut eingerichtet haben. Der Ausblick auf die Olivenbäume und die umliegenden Hügel sorgt sofort für Urlaubsstimmung und Entspannung. Für Abwechslung sorgen die vielen Eidechsen, Geckos, Schmetterlinge und seltene Vögel, die man beobachten kann.

Traumhaft: Hide-away in der ursprünglichen Toscana

Der absolut ruhige Ort. Top ausgestattetes Haus, herrlich romantisch mit genügend Raum für Teenager und Eltern zusammen zu sein oder auch etwas Zeit für sich zu geniessen. Sehr guter, sympathischer Kontakt zu den Vermietern inkl. umsichtiger Doku zu Haus und Region. Die Fotos stimmen mit unserer Erfahrung überein, ausser dass der Rosmarin gewachsen ist...:-) Sehr zu empfehlen, auch für uns als mögliche Wiederholung gespeichert!

Eine Woche lang die wunderschöne toskanische Landschaft genießen - oder auch länger! Hier geht das. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig, aber nicht aus der Welt. In ein paar Minuten ist man in Seggiano. Die Ausstattung ist fast wie zuhause, alles ist vorhanden oder wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben jeden Moment dort genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Great place to relax

This is a beautifully restored farmhouse, and unlike many rentals, this felt like (and clearly is) a real house. The owners left a lot of helpful information about nearby restaurants and things to do in the area, but frankly, the house was so nice we mostly stayed there to relax and enjoy the pool and beautiful views over the olive grove and surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay - we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastisches Ferienparadies

Wir genossen unsern Aufenthalt vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Die abgelegene Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Der Garten ist absolut traumhaft und wunderbar gepflegt. Ebenso das Häuschen. Es ist super geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nicht zu wenig und nicht zu viel. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Es fehlte uns an nichts.Wir fühlten uns auch gut aufgehoben und betreut. Auch die Infos und die Wegbeschreibung sind sehr genau und sorgfältig gemacht. So ein schönes Häuschen hatten wir noch nie in unseren Ferien. Was will man mehr?

The extinct vulcano "Monte Amiata" and its surroundings are very special. For people who are in search for rest and for nature lovers this part of Tuscany is a dream. It is a place where it feels like the clocks tick a little slower. Tourism hasn´t overrun yet the medieval villages. The Tuscan people have formed an incredibly beautiful landscape mosaic. This is one of the reasons why the valley "Val D´Orcia" became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. Wonderful little towns like Montalcino or Montepulciano offer wine tasting in hidden cellars and narrow streets. The famous sheep´s milk cheese "Pecorino" can be tasted and purchased in Pienza (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Beside culinary consumption you can relax in thermal baths (Saturnia, Bagno Filippo). On "Monte Amiata" you also find a charming region for winter sports from December until February with 12 ski lifts and 13 km slopes.

Podere Fortunato is located in the middle of the olive grove on a gentle hillside but only 3 km from the small town of "Seggiano". The little village offers a bar, two restaurants and a supermarket. More shops and facilities can be found in "Castel del Piano" which is about 20 min. by car. Around the house you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The south-west location allows an unforgettable view of the sunset in the Tuscan hills every day.
