Apartment El Capitan

Discover the Apt. Capitan, a cosy accommodation located in L'Escala, right by the sea. This 90-square-metre apartment is perfect for groups of up to 6 people, offering a comfortable and fully equipped space to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



The apartment has three well-distributed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a double bed, and a third with bunk beds. It has one bathroom, one with a bathtub and 1 wc.

The living room has air conditioning and a heat pump to ensure maximum comfort in any season of the year.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals. In addition, you will find a coffee maker, a hair dryer, iron and other essential amenities.



One of the great attractions of this accommodation is its proximity to the beach. It has direct access to two beaches, a sandy beach 180 metres away and a rocky beach just 50 metres away. The 8-square-metre terrace offers wonderful views of the sea, perfect for enjoying sunsets.



The apartment allows the entry of a pet and is ideal for groups of young people. It has a private parking space in the same building and WiFi connection to keep you connected. Enjoy a modern, functional accommodation with all the details to make your stay unforgettable.

Perfect location for a stay in L'Escala

Our family stayed at the apartment El Capitan for a few days at the end of November. The place was perfect for our needs, with an amazing, waterfront location. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had all the necessary features for a family - washing machine, dishwasher etc. The parking garage entrance really is small - a Peugeot 2008 would not fit, but in November we had no problem finding close roadside parking! The kitchen was well equipped, but a couple of extra wine glasses would have been nice! We also couldn't find any oven glove!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it was very comfortable and had wonderful sea views, unfortunately the balcony does not get the sun apart for a short time really early in the morning so that was a bit of a disappointment, there is a small balcony to the back of the apartment which does get the sun but it has an air conditioning unit so really only space for 1 chair. We were there in March and the weather was really poor so had to have the heating on, there is an air/heat unit in the living room and one at the back of the apartment outside the two bedrooms and bathroom but not in the bedrooms, they had a couple of electric fires which we used to heat the bedrooms and there are also fans available for the warmer months. The one downside is the parking, although there is an underground garage it is only suitable if you have a small car, we have an Audi Q3 and it was impossible to get it into the garage, we tried but there is a pillar situated quite near the entrance and if you have a big car you cannot get round it so we had to park on the street which can be difficult at times as there are only a few available spaces outside the apartment block. On the positive side it is only a couple of minutes walk to the old town so really enjoyed being close to all L'Escala has to offer. Despite the few minor issues we really enjoyed our stay there and will definately return. Sam the agent was extremely helpful and responded really quickly via Whats Ap.
