With a brand new kitchen and bathroom, modern open plan living area and huge flat screen TV, this apartment has everything you need for a luxury weekend away. There is also a Nespresso machine, hotel quality linens including towels and toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is brand new so this apartment has everything you need for a luxury break.

The spacious bedroom has a double height ceiling with a TV and plenty of storage and both sofas in the living room fold out to make double sofa beds.

One of the best places on the island to launch a stand up paddle board is located only a few minutes away and there is SUP storage onsite if requested. Surrounded by miles of beautiful shoreline, you can explore for hours and stop one of the many local pubs for a drink or food by the water.

Wonderful walks are on your doorstep and further afield along with a vast array of water sports from sailing in the Solent to kitesurfing and wind surfing plus water sports facilities available at the marina.

The apartment has two allocated parking spaces within the gated complex which is manned 24 hours a day. Within a few seconds walk you will be at the water`s edge where you will find an independent café with views of the sea.


📍 Great Location

Northney Marina offers easy access to the motorway taking you to Gunwharf Quays in 20 minutes one direction and Chichester City Centre in 20 minutes the other. Havant train station is only a 5 minute drive which has direct trains from London.

The drive to Goodwood will take around 30 mins by car, alternatively there is a short taxi journey to Havant Train station where the train will take you to Chichester where Goodwood run a shuttle service.

🐶 Well behaved dogs are welcome, and we please ask you to let us know their breed and age at the time of booking.

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
No parties or large groups allowed.
