The place is in a great location, but I was sincerely disappointed on the front end. They cancelled our early check in that we had paid for without notification. Then it was difficult to get in touch with them. We were stuck in Paris waiting over 3 hours with luggage trying to get in our place. They promised late check out, but didn’t deliver. No compensation. While polite, I feel like they did not appreciate the hassle they put us through. With notification we could have made arrangements. Place was as advertised. We had limited time in Paris and I was sad to start the trip on such a sour note.
