The positive: The location is very good, close to all transport communications, walking distance (10 min) very quiet accommodation, nice and cozy area, many restaurants and close to grocery stores, Fresh bed sheets and towels, The negatives: It was difficult to find the key as it was dark and very hidden, We called the help number that we received on the booking as well as the caretaker happened to be there, then everything went very smoothly, The dining table is too small for 5 people, the accommodation works for 5 people, Overall, the accommodation was good,

The place is in a great location, but I was sincerely disappointed on the front end. They cancelled our early check in that we had paid for without notification. Then it was difficult to get in touch with them. We were stuck in Paris waiting over 3 hours with luggage trying to get in our place. They promised late check out, but didn’t deliver. No compensation. While polite, I feel like they did not appreciate the hassle they put us through. With notification we could have made arrangements. Place was as advertised. We had limited time in Paris and I was sad to start the trip on such a sour note.

Lovely spot; however, I would not stay again. A minor issue was that there were only 2 fans despite there being 3 sleeping areas. As the apt was HOT (heat wave) and we had to sleep with ice packs even with the fans. When I emailed the hosts they replied that there should always be 3 fans and advised us to keep looking. Then they said they would get us a third fan but never followed up. The worst experience we had was with the concierge (Edgar) who we asked to help us book a tour of the seine. ***DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!**** We wanted something special and trusted him because the VRBO host recommended him. He charged us the tickets for 55 euros per adult (x3) and 35 euros for our child (total of 200 euros plus fees!!). Meanwhile, the tour he booked was the standard sightseeing tour from Bateau Parisiens with a cost of 63 euros total (18 euros per adult and 15 euros per person. When we asked him if there was a mistake, he LIED to us and said that the tour had been completely sold out that day. We confirmed with Bateau Parisiens that he purchased our tickets directly from them and followed up with the hosts to help us through check my guest. They initially misunderstood us and told us to use the concierge to avoid getting scammed in Paris. Once they understood that the issue was with their concierge they initially said they would help us. It’s been a month though and the emails with the hosts have been very frustrating (ie they did not know the story). I am losing hope.
