Great location, but unfortunately the apartment itself was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold. The shower was clogged, there was a lagoon everytime we showered and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the apartment looked poorly maintained and as though it was not well cared for. There were also no instructions on how to use the washing machine, which is shared with the other residents in the building. One of the neighbors became very unhappy with us, claiming that we had used a cycle that was too long and had caused the washing machine to break down. She told us that we would have to pay for the old washing machine. This was a very uncomfortable and stressful situation to experience during our stay.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights, it was affordable but definitely worth it, I had all the amenities I needed, The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the metro station that can take you anywhere you want to go, The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, The only downside is that the bathroom could have been cleaner in my opinion,

Had a fantastic stay, The area is lovely and very secure, The room could use some new lights as many are not working, and there was no sharp knife in the kitchen, so I couldn't cook much, Apart from that, it was a very pleasant stay,

The studio is nice, well located next to the Place de la République, Perfect for a couple without children, Note that it is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard and it can be quite noisy, especially on weekends, The entrance to the courtyard is shared with another apartment, and you can hear a lot of coming and going, especially late at night,

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Disappointed with the communication. The wardrobe doors, were inoperable, we asked may times for them to be attended to, never eventuated in the 2 weeks we spent there living out of our suitcases on the floor. Also at varying times we had no water & could'nt flush the toilet. Very confined living space for the cost of $s.
