美しく広々とした私のスタジオは、2012年9月に完全に改装され、パリの4区（ルマレ/ボーブール）にあり、公共交通機関、カフェ、レストラン…

この魅力的な35㎡の禁煙スタジオは、6階と最後の階（5階にエレベーターで）でお迎えします。 パリの街並みを一望できます。

私のスタジオには、設備の整ったアメリカンキッチン（大型冷蔵庫、伝統的なオーブン、電子レンジなど）、シャワーと洗濯機付きのバスルーム、折りたたみ式のダブルベッドとエキストラベッドのあるリビングルームがあります。

キッチンやラウンジエリア、テーブル、バーで食事を快適に楽しめます。 スタジオにはADSLインターネット接続とテレビがあります。

Our host was there to welcome us, despite our arriving around 10 pm. The unit was as expected, with a comfortably large bathroom and good sized kitchen for a studio. Only one key was initially supplied, and the host kindly gave us his other key, so our party of three could split up when we had different plans for the day. The only inconvenience was the lack of drawers and closet space for our clothing (the closet was half-filled with appliances and most cabinets were locked), so we lived out of suitcases on the floor, rather than unpacking. A modest inconvenience for an otherwise well-equipped studio in a terrific pedestrian neighborhood. No noise from neighbors, and only moderate street noise due to being so high. We appreciated having a washing machine with laundry detergent supplied. A small rack in the bathroom provided some space for drying clothes.

Top location, super clean

Location was amazing. We walked everywhere, there were many metro stations close by. Westfield shopping centre was nearby to buy food to cook in the apartment and so many shops and restaurants around.

Great location 2 minutes away from The Centre Pompidou. Restaurants, cafes and shopping everywhere around. Very near Notre Dame and other "must see" places in Paris. Nicely appointed studio. Good bed, very clean, nice bathroom and kitchenette. Stayed six days and enjoyed coming back to the studio after full days of activities.

The property was clean and very nice and perfect for our stay. The location was great with restaurants everywhere and a short walk to the train and metro. Also, we could easily walk to the Seine River and Notre Dame. The property manager, Paul, meet us at the entry door to the building and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. He was very helpful explaining where items were in the apartment and answered all our questions. We would stay there again!

The property is well-maintained and spacious for up to 3 people. It also had basic amenities for our use. We loved how centric it was -close to metro, bus stops, etc-. The communication with the owner was spotless! We could not have asked for anything else!

Perfect size, perfect location

Paul was an exceptional host who made us feel at home immediately. We spent 6 nights in the studio apartment and found it to be well-equipped and comfortable for the two of us.

Perfect base in Paris

The apartment is very well positioned, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is within walking distance of many landmarks including Notre Dame, the Louvre, Pompidou and in the Marais, Place de Vosges. Les Halles metro station is a few minutes walk which is conveniently on the direct line to Charles de Gaulle airport. The apartment was comfortable and quiet even though it is on the busy Boulevard de Sébastopol.as long as you keep the windows closed. A highlight was seeing the tip of the Eiffel Tower, Invalid and even Sacre Coeur from the attic windows. A great place to base yourself in Paris.

Great little place

This apartment was perfect for one or two people. Great location, 5 minutes from Chatelet Les Halles, a straight shot to CDG. Multiple metro stations nearby. Pompidou Center is in your back yard. Apartment was clean and well maintained, with good heat and hot water in the shower. Well furnished for a rental, including the dishwasher and washing machine. The one flight of stairs is fine other than getting your luggage in and out, I walked down to the ground floor every time.

I would highly recommend this studio apartment for staying in Paris. Excellent location, spacious for up to 3 people, nice large walk-in shower, hair dryer, steamer, closet, lots of plugs and mirrors, and great service from the host. I honestly can't say enough about this studio apartment - it was just perfect for our girls trip to Paris. At night, if you glance out of the kitchen window - you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkling. Lots of cafes within walking distance and a little market right around the corner for quick items like bottled water. You can ride the elevator to the 5th floor, then you simply walk up a few stairs to the 6th floor. At night, it can get a little noisy if you sleep with the windows open - but when they are closed its perfectly quiet. I would stay here over and over again! It was truly perfect - you won't be disappointed - BOOK right away!!! Fantastic Studio!!!

The apartment is very well maintained, very comfortable, location is great close to the popular landmarks, you can walk everywhere from there or use public transport easily. The only downside is that it’s very loud area, it gets loud in the evenings especially during the weekend. Also, the unit is on the top floor under the roof and because of that it gets very hot. In addition, they only have portable air conditioning which doesn’t help much, alternatively opening the windows lets the loud noise come inside. The elevator is very small for 1 person only, not good for people who are claustrophobic, stairs are narrow. Other than that overall experience was good, lots of grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants are nearby. The host is very nice too.
