The perfect place to stay to explore the island of Rhodes.
This villa's standout feature
is the view over a fruit orchard and looking over towards the med, and mountains of Charaki. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned villa includes 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven in the kitchen. The villa also features a barbecue. Featuring a decked area with sea views, whilst eating ,offering a tranquil atmosphere this villa also offers a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with wi fi and firestick and alexa with unlimited music.

We have everything for a perfect relaxing holiday.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property is non-smoking inside but offers outside area for smokers.The villa is located 1.2 km from Kalathos Beach and a two min walk to kalathos village.

The villa with a terrace and sea views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, also wi fi A equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers Towels and bed linen are included at the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Guests can relax in the garden at the property which is very private and peaceful,we also have a new decking area with handmade wooden furniture.

The property is quite unique, as it has completely been refurbished over the last two years.
The garden has a new decking area with handmade furniture, made by the husband of the owner.
There are only two villas on the site, and the area is very peaceful, but has easy access to the village, with a regular bus service all over the island.
There are a couple of cafe bars within walking distance and a few excellent restaurants a bit further on.
The beach of kalathos is a 20 min walk away with 2 beautiful beach bars and some fantastic restaurants on the way to the beach.There is also water sports available on the beach ⛱️
