There is high speed broadband throughout, and you will find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in a prime location.

The Space:
The contemporary interior has been finished to a high standard and features plush furnishings, modern appliances and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The studio boasts a modern kitchenette, equipped to cook basic meals at home, as well as a dining table, a desk for those that need to work and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the studio. When it comes to sleep, there's a comfortable king size bed on the ground level, then upstairs on the mezzanine level is another king size bed, as well as a luxurious free standing bath tub. The main bathroom includes a powerful shower as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use. Please note that the windows in this unit do not open.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the studio.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is situated in the heart of the town, from which an array of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the studio. Other nearby attractions include; Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Adventure Caves, Hastings Castle, The True Crime Museum and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery. Hastings Train Station is also just a 5 minute walk away, with regular direct trains to central London within 90 minutes.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to London and further afield.
There are also local bus routes servicing Hastings and linking local towns.

Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
