Located within the exclusive Soul Sunrise community, Villa Soul 17 offers privacy, security and access to premium communal facilities, including a spa, gym and outdoor swimming pools.



VILLA LAYOUT



Villa Soul 17 is arranged over three floors, designed to provide comfort, space and functionality.



Main floor



The entrance opens into an elegant hallway and a spacious living and dining area filled with natural light. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the main living space.



This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower.



The living room provides direct access to the terrace, private garden and infinity pool overlooking the golf course. The outdoor area includes a dining space, a chill-out area and six sun loungers.



First floor



The upper floor contains the principal bedroom, which has a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.



There are also two additional bedrooms with twin beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower..



Basement floor



The lower level provides a fully equipped laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a private office and a full bathroom with a shower.



This floor also offers direct access to the private underground car park.

The community also provides shared outdoor parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle chargers. These spaces are not private and their availability cannot be guaranteed.

HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT



Parties, events and any behaviour that may disturb the neighbours are not permitted. All guests must respect the villa’s rules and the community regulations throughout their stay.



Before arrival, guests must authorise the security deposit stated in the booking. The amount will be released after departure, once the condition of the property and compliance with the house rules have been verified.
