The Annex rests in Brigham, Cumbria and can sleep two guests in one bedroom.
The Annex, a reverse-level annexe, consists of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a first-floor living/dining room with dining seating for four, Smart TV, and double opening doors to a balcony with furniture. The bedroom is a ground-floor double, serviced by a cloakroom with a basin and WC. There is a first-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 1.5 miles, and a pub in 1.4 miles. Find your perfect escape at The Annex. Note: The property has a shared entrance with the owner's house next door. Note: The double bed can only be accessed by one side. Note: The property will be decorated for Christmas. Please note that the area is used by both the annexe and the main house, although quite often the owners are away.

Head into Cockermouth to find a wider range of amenities to choose from as well as the National Trust wonder of Wordsworth House and Garden, the former home of romantic poet Wordsworth himself, here you can enjoy a tour of the Georgian townhouse and roam the riverside garden that gave William his inspiration, where you will find 18th-century varieties of vegetables, fruit, herbs and flowers, as well as a welcoming flock of heritage chickens.
