10 pm. Then after low
sound inside the Villa.
3) Any property damage will be taken from the customer. (Broken glass, chair, bed, sofa or any other physical property damage)
4) Drinking & eating Inside The bedroom Is Strictly Prohibited.
5) Security Deposit Rs.5000/- will be taken before check in
6) Basic kitchen use such as coffee and tea preparation is free but full use will be chargeable.
7)Caretaker services are for limited time and for basic cleaning only ,extra work is chargeable please inquire before utilisation of services.
8) Early check-in and late check-out will be charged as Rs.1000/- per hour

🔴If villa left dirty due to birthday blash, cake fight(mess) or due to any other party or reason 2000/- will be charged for extra cleaning.
🔴Birthday decoration will not be allowed inside villa, it will be allowed on terrace.(cello tape and other things make villa colour damaged)
🔴If want to do decoration prior discussion is necessary.
🔴If Opting for food package ,we outsourced it, hence 2 days prior is necessary with booking amount.
