When you enter Yellowhammer you are welcomed into a light and open hallway with ground floor cloakroom. Wander through to discover a beautiful open-plan living space, adorned with inviting armchairs and a large sofa with panoramic views of Somerford Lagoon, the estate's largest freshwater lake. A modern and contemporary kitchen, well-equipped for your culinary needs adds the finishing touch to the ground floor with expansive bifold doors to a generous decking area and private garden, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces to create an enchanting setting for entertainment.

Make your way to the first floor, where three of the property’s bedrooms await. The top of the stairs introduces a twin bedroom with a spacious double wardrobe, offering captivating views of the Somerford Nines. The family bathroom, with shower serves both this bedroom and the king-size bedroom next door. This room again has double wardrobes and access to a balcony through double panoramic glazed doors, with stunning views across the Estate and the Somerford Lagoon.
