This beautiful city centre apartment is located centrally in the Eixample area and close to the Plaza Espana. The apartment has 2 bedrooms,1 double and 1 twin room, two bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin room. The clean lines and neutral tones create a light airy space. There are two complete bathrooms. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.The fully fitted kitchen is totally equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and ceramic hob. Other facilities include Wifi internet, hot/cold AC, washing machine and dryer and Wifi internet connection. The living/dining area is complete with a dining table, and TV. Cleaning fee(not included at reserve payment): 65€ to be paid at check-in.
Check-in at 4:00pm.
Check-out 11:00 am.

great and quiet apartment

all amenities were taken care of - great beds and bedding, nice nespresso and milk and sugar and waters. would definitely stay there again. just did NOT notice cleaning fee when I booked and cash expected upon arrival. Also, it took awhile to get to the main attractions in the city so take that into consideration when booking. All other locations were much more expensive so we are glad we stayed there.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, modern and very nice. I would recommend stocking dish towels for guests to use. Even though on the Main Street, However it was a bit hard to find cause the way they numbered the units. The check-in process was a bit challenging as the property Mgr was not available to meet us.

Cute apartment for short stay

This is a nice little apartment in Eixample. It was clean and easy to get to. The check in and out means you have to meet with someone to let you in and check you out. The shower door was broken. View out back was pretty typical of this area, rooftops, wires, and other apartments with laundry drying. 2nd bedroom very small. Otherwise it was nice and kitchen was good. Keep in mind, Barcelona does use bath wash cloths or Kleenex, so bring your own.

Lovely apartment in Barcelona!

This apartment is perfect for a few days in Barcelona. It’s on a very busy street not far from Joan Miro Park but faces the back of several buildings—so there’s no view, per se, but it’s very quiet inside which is perfect. The linens, towels, and bedding were all super comfortable and the A/C worked exceptionally well. Graciela always replied promptly to emails in advance of our stay, and check in was a breeze. We loved our stay!

nice apartment, pricing on website misleading

Apartment is nice and modern and bright. Clean towels and some cooking and kitchen extras are included like tea and coffee and some cleaning material which is helpful. Owner is helpful and easily contacted. Only negative was that the £150 per night cost turned out to be £200 per night- not sure if that was the owners way of marketing or how homeaway does it. That was a 33% increase over our expectation. Location is ok for families but will require cab rides to the busier touristic parts of town. €55 cleaning charge.

Great Space in Great location

My parents, daughter, and I stayed in Aragon 51 for 5 Days. The apartment was very nice and clean. Gracela was very helpful with providing information on local activities and resources. I would highly recommend. Domingo

Home away from Home!

We were a family of four that rented this beautiful apartment the week of May 12, 2017. Graciela, the project manager, met us at our confirmed arrival time and reviewed the apartment. She was able to provide info on local restaurants and local attractions. She was also helpful on occasion when needed. The apartment is very modern and had all that we needed for our stay. It is also a very quiet apartment in a quiet building. Graciela gave us directions to the local grocery store to get our supplies for the week. The apartment is centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see and was a welcome home away from home at the end of the day. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to see Barcelona. We loved Barcelona and would return at any chance.

Great location and apartment was very clean.

Needed some kitchen essentials. No tea towels, dishcloth or dishwasher detergent. No garbage bags. A few simple additions would have made it much more welcoming.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and well located. Providing a few essentials (more then one dishwasher cube and one washing machine cube) would be appreciated as well as salt and pepper, paper towels and toilet paper. There is a Nespresso Machine but no capsules. Leave a few for he first day would be nice.

Boa experiência!!

Boa localização, silencioso, apartamento agradável. Graciela e Lúcia foram super atenciosas ... Apenas recomendamos melhorar a cama do quarto sem banheiro, e atenção aos itens de limpeza, pois não havia nada para limpar chão. Recebemos o banheiro social com a pia entupida. Apesar disso, pequenas coisas que pudemos nos virar, a estadia foi muito agradável. Recomendo!!

excellent location

The apartment was clean, modern, well appointed and spacious with good facilities. It was well located with some attractions within walking distance. The metro was just a few minutes away and made the whole city easily accessible. The personal meeting and greeting was excellent. Communications in English were first class and the manager flexible and adaptable. We had a great time.

This was our favorite in Spain

Of the four apartments we rented in Spain, this was our favorite. It was everything we wanted: Clean, well furnished and well equipped, comfortable, a good location, even a view of the courtyard. We were welcomed with a large bowl of fruit, some cupcakes, and in the refrigerator were wine, sparkling water, and some other goodies. The apartment is spacious: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, and a combination living room & dining room. Everything was comfortable, attractive, modern, and sparkling clean. The kitchen has a washing machine & clothes dryer combination that worked well. The refrigerator has plenty of space. We were glad to have the dishwasher. Bath towels were lush and the shower water warmed quickly. We liked that the living room windows looking out over a large courtyard were wide and went all the way to the floor. The living room felt spacious and happy. Wifi was strong and the air conditioner worked well. The elevator quickly took us to this apartment on the 4th floor. The subway (Metro) is a 5 minute walk, and the train station is a 10 minute walk. We walked everywhere because so much of Barcelona is flat and the sidewalks are wide and clean. A car would be unnecessary and even a problem of where to park it. One supermarket is just around the corner, a three minute walk. Two minutes more and there are two others. Several restaurants are quite close. The owner and her assistant were wonderful. Each time we emailed them with a question or a request for advice, the answer came quickly and with the information we needed. At the end of each day we enjoyed coming “home.” It did feel like home, and we were a bit sad to leave at the end.

The apt was very clean and in a great location! One block from the subway!

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona and we're very happy with the apt! It was nice touch to have a few things in the fridge for us when we arrived. The apt was the perfect size for our family of 5, having two bathrooms was great! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Barcelona!!

Lovely light, airy apartment in safe and pleasant building

The building was safe, quiet and clean, with excellent lift. The apartment is bright and clean and really pleasant, with well equipped kitchen, great showers and comfortable beds. The living area was lovely to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Efficient aircon too. The neighbourhood is friendly, lots of bars and eating places nearby, and metro station at plaza de espana just a walk away. We felt safe and welcome at any time of day or night. We spent two weeks here and absolutely loved it. Graciela and her colleague Lucia were very helpful and kind. Delicious wine and fruit were in the fridge for us, as well as milk and bottled water. We will definitely stay here again, Thankyou Graciela!

Super clean like a 5 star hotel room! Great location

Ultra modern and super clean 2 br 2 bath apt around the corner from Placa Espana and Arenas de Barcelona. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer. Bathrooms looked brand new. Beautiful 7 minute cab ride to beach. Walking distance to Passeig de Gracias, Placa Catyluna and Las Ramblas. Highly recommend!!

Nice apartment

I stayed in this apartment with two of my friends as we explored Barcelona. It was a nice clean and updated apartment. Graciela was very friendly and accommodating. It was near many shops and restaurants and close to subway. Thanks for a lovely home away from home.

Comfortable and convenient

s was a great apartment for two for visiting Barcelona. Placa d'Espanya is a five minute walk away with Metro, supermarket, restaurants etc. We actually walked to and from Las Ramblas. The apartment was clean and quiet. Slight downside was that as we registered we were asked for cash for cleaning. Having just got what we thought was sufficient out at the airport and spent some for bus and refreshments that left us with no cash. It is written on the website but not clear. Why not add it to the rental. We were tired. We did not want to have to start searching for cash. En suite bathroom tap is interesting as floods into drawer below flooding cosmetics in there. No bath plug but heel did a good job

Great place to stay and experience the city

Great apartment

Family of 3 adults had a great week staying in this apartment. Graciela was very welcoming & fitted in with our arrival (& departure) schedule. She provided some food essentials to start with & was very helpful. The apartment was clean & well appointed.The apartment was in easy reach of all attractions by either walking, metro or taxi. All very easy to access.

Our "home" away from home in Barcelona

We originally booked one of Graciela's other properties, but ended up staying in this one because the other property changed status to "Minimum 30 day stay", a few weeks before our arrival (not Graciela's fault). Fortunately, this apartment was available so Graciela offered us this alternative with no price difference. In any case, our family of 4 were very happy with this lovely apartment. It is nicely renovated, clean and comfortable. Even though we did not make a full meal there (Barcelona restaurants are great!), it was still nice to have the kitchen for snacks and breakfast. We used the Nespresso coffee machine a lot! There is a nice bakery just around the corner on C/ d'Enteca (Panet) for fresh breads and pastries for breakfast. There are also many small grocery stores around the block. There is also a larger grocery store in the lower level of Arenas mall (there's also an amazing food court there). Don't miss the views from the top. This apartment is also walking distance from train station Sants. Also close to Tarragona Metro station (Green L3). Many taxis drive by if you need one. The apartment is as described. The washer/dryer is excellent. Laundry soap is provided. Fast WiFi. This apartment is super quiet (faces inner courtyard, not streetside) so you can get a good night's sleep after busy day to touring Barcelona. Graciela, our host, provided some water, a welcome bottle of wine and fresh fruit. Also, recommendations for restaurants and top Barcelona sites. This apartment is on the fourth floor but there is an elevator (not busy - in 7 days there, only saw one other person). I would recommend this apartment and stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and smart and very well presented

We had a fantastic weekend with this apartment as our base. Very well presented, clean and very well equipped. It was more that comfortable for my family of my husband and myself and 3 teenage daughters. Graciela was very helpful and we would definitely go back and stay there again.

Fantastic Barcelona Apartment

We have rented in Barcelona before and this one is our favorite. The apartment is well furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The full size kitchen is well equipped with good appliances and a very good washer and dryer. It has two bathrooms and good closet space. The building is quiet with a lift and an intercom system. Graciela is a gracious hostess. She is very attentive and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine (from the region where her family is from) and a delicious bowl of fruit. There is a metro stop near by and the apartment is close to the railroad station and to the airport bus. We love to visit Barcelona for the food and local culture and we like having some place that easily accommodates how we vacation. We will definitely rent from Graciela again.
