The host was very accommodating. The listing was in a nice area with plenty of local shops around that were very friendly and nice to see. The place was clean and as expected, great for a week trip to Barcelona.

I stayed in this house for a week, I found it very welcoming, modern and easily accessible with the metro practically attached.

Place looked slightly different than photo descriptions - edited photos did not match the apartment. Air conditioning unit did not function. Location was excellent but the stay was very warm. Hosts communicated clearly

The apartment was great for our needs. We were taking a course close by. There were limited kitchen amenities, no oils, salts, coffee or tea available. The apt could use a deep cleaning including the sofa. The digital key was only accessible for me through the vrbo app and then I had to look through the chat, every time I entered.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the apartment suited your needs and was convenient for your stay. Regarding the kitchen amenities, we provide a basic setup for guests, and additional items such as oils, salt, or coffee can easily be purchased nearby. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not fully meet your expectations — this is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with our team for review. Concerning the digital key, thank you for your feedback — we understand this may not have been the most convenient, and we will look into ways to make access clearer and easier for future guests. We appreciate your comments, which help us continue improving the guest experience.
