Any questions or issues were addressed by the host in a very timely manner. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Very clean and had a nice set up.

Decent place, our second time staying here..needs some updating and deep cleaning but otherwise nice and host is responsive. We have stayed at Ariel dunes 6x now and have never had such an issue with bringing the kids. Seems the property has gotten stricter than ever in every detail possible so this will be our last stay. Laid back Laguna is more our style

Great Condo in a great facility in the middle of everything you need. Easy access to the beach with a beautiful pool area as well.

Perfect place to stay!!

Loved this condo for our girls trip getaway!! Just a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping centers just minutes away, and such a clean, spacious condo! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway.

Great location

Great stay with the family. Kids loved the pool and the beach. Also the pizza and ice cream was great in cabana cafe. Wish they had umbrellas by the pool so be sure to get there early to get a seat in the shade if you got little ones.

Great location!

This is our 4th time staying in this area and its hard to beat the bar on the beach that has a bathroom. The condo was clean and well stocked. It had a Power XL indoor smokeless grill that was amazing to cook steaks and burgers inside the condo we actually bought one when we returned home. Marcella was great to work with and will stay here again!

Ariel Dunes I 402

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Super clean, spacious, and convenient location. We all wished we could have stayed longer! The pools were clean and refreshing and not over crowded and the condo was incredibly comfortable to come back to after a long day to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Was updated , clean, and great location. Only complaints is appliances needs updated. Dishwasher would pour water out of bottom when used. Dryer would not dry clothes. 3 times someone came to fix but still did not work. Paid extra for a later checkout, but was locked out of room due to the code ending at normal checkout time ! Did message host with no response ! Facility is very, very loud, not monitored. No security after 9pm.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the updated condo, cleanliness, and great location. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The dryer was inspected multiple times and was operational; the issue was related to the Eco setting, which can significantly affect drying time. The resort also has roving security 24/7, so it is not accurate that there is no security after 9 PM. We do apologize for the inconvenience with the door code not reflecting the purchased late checkout, as that certainly should not have happened. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.

Wonderful!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the condo was perfect. We were a little concerned with being on the 4th floor and not having a good enough view of the ocean, but that was not the case at all. The host was quick to respond to a question I had when we arrived about an extra parking pass and the problem was quickly resolved. The extra bunk room was a great asset. The beds were all very comfortable also. Will try and book here again on our next visit!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was great and accommodating. I would suggest if u have the money to rent the chairs on the beach it beats hiking all that stuff with ya. Having chair service would make this place even better!!! More space on the balcony too!! It was just 2 of us and we never even went in the other 2 rooms but having that extra bathroom was great. The pool was super cold but hey I’m a wimp lol. I thought the condo was fantastic! The owner should be proud!

A nice condo with all that you need under one roof!

We had a great experience. We had to walk afew blocks to the beach but it was not bad. The beach is white sand and clean!

Spring Break Stay

It was a nice property, good size, good ocean and pool view but it was not up to our standard for cleanliness. It needs a deep cleaning. Floors, cabinets baseboards appliances etc all need a deep cleaning.

Fantastic view of the ocean and a good location. Had to scrub both coffee pots and goldfish snacks in the sleeper sofa from who knows when.One toilet missing a bolt causing it to wobble. Not the owner's fault but two elevators were in and out of service during our stay, making ingress/egress from a 24 story building a bit daunting. Overall cleanliness was fair, but I think COVID days require things to be extra clean. Pool was great, easy access to the beach, property was in good condition. Marcella was a pleasure to work with. Easy communication and quick response. When notified about a faulty deck door lock, maintenance was there the next morning to fix it. With a bit more attention by the cleaning crew, this would be a 5 star review.

Amazing Place!

This is a great vacation place to stay at with friends or family. Beach was walking distance; no more than 5 minutes. The host was SO kind and friendly. She was always available to help with anything one needed. The rooms were clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked up with all the items one would need to cook. Everything was nice and organized upon our arrival.

Great Location

My friend and i stayed here for the week. The check in process is super easy and the location is great. We walked to several restaurants and bars and of course to the ocean. They provide toilet paper, paper towels and a few trash bags. They do provide some dishes but we did not cook. It was kinda dirty when we checked in (dirty coffee pot, cigarette on the patio but nothing we couldn't live with. Overall it was a great week and I would come back.

Nice but Needy

We enjoyed the property except for a couple of things....Master bedroom needs a new firmer mattress, stacked full-sized washer/ dryer is a little bizarre...need more seating in living room for visitors. and no mirrors in any of bedrooms ??. Thanks
