Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Condo has incredible unobstructed views of the beach and is just a few yards from the sugar-white sand.



Located on the 4th floor, this unit is spacious and offers the comfort you need. 2 swimming pools, one heated during the winter months, a workout room, tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts , playground, as well a basketball court to keep everyone entertained.



The Space:

Very spacious and integrated living area with a sleeper couch. The dining table fits six comfortably plus the stools on the counter for a quick bite. The kitchen has all appliances you might need as well as brand new dishes and cookware. The master suite features a comfortable king bed, brand new bed linens, and pillows. The washer and dryer are new and very convenient. The entire unit is freshly painted. Not Available to Guests under age 25*. Ring camera in the front door.



Guest Access:

Free parking is available to guests. Guests can enjoy an on-site restaurant during their stay. Cabana Cafe features casual dining, great food, live entertainment, and a late-night bar.

Seascape Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Access is in front of the condo, just a short walk.
