This cute apartment was just as described. Communication with the host was fantastic and check-in was seamless. It was clean and comfortable and felt very safe. The terrace was lovely and it was really quiet. Fantastic, more residential area but with easy access to transit. We have stayed in a bunch of rentals around Europe and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this one if you are heading to Barcelona. Five stars!

Great location clean & spacious area

We absolutely loved this location, it was right next to the beach and close to a few great restaurants while also being very close to the metro station. The apartment itself was clean and easy to use for our extended stay.

Very Pleasant Stay Indeed

Charming and clean apartment, close to groceries and restaurants. Cabs were easy to catch. Independent check in/out. Enjoyed being able to use Netflix.

Place was very clean, however there were no trash bags or paper towels. My bedding wasn’t sufficiently cleaned and had a sour smell. The internet was very slow and almost unusable. However the location was great and apt was very secure.

Lovely ideal modern and clean apartment

Booked the apartment for 6 nights to visit Barcelona and the F1. Communication with the host was always very quickly answered. Apartment was everything we hoped for modern and very clean and as advertised. Check in very straight forward. Welcome packs were a nice touch. Beds were very comfy and all facilities perfect. Lovely balcony at rear of property and nice and quiet. Roof terrace lovely and accessed by a door on the top floor. Brilliant stay and would definitely return and recommend. Thank you

The apartment was very nice clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and couch. Nice bathroom. Everything was great except that the A/C and fan were completely off and I never got any response from the host about it. Very hot and hard to sleep. Also the neighbors were so so loud at night and in the early hours near dawn. Very frustrating. And the hot water pot and coffee maker were broken. Bummer. We boiled water in a pan. So this place could have been more like a 10/10 if it were managed better.

Nice apartment

The property was great- pictures were accurate, apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us because my daughter lives close by and it is also close to the Poble Nou metro stop. We did have some issues - the tv did not work, which we reported but the issue wasn’t resolved. Noise from other guests late at night was also an Issue. The building seems to have a lot of short term stay rentals and the other apartments were clearly rented by groups of young people who were in town to party. We were woken up multiple times the first couple of nights by loud guests above us. Then those people checked out and a couple of days later my entire family was woken up by a new group of guys in the apartment next to us who began to blast music at 12 am. As the location and the facilities were nice, we would consider staying again, but only if we had assurances that the quiet policy (9am-9pm) would be enforced.

Problems starting when we were messaging the host several hours before check in trying to get an address with no response. Had to call vrbo customer service to contact the host at which time we arrived well after check in time. The apartment was quaint however the balcony view posted in the listing was NOT the view we had. We had an alley view which is not what is in the photo. Quiet hours were 9pm-9am which is fine but at 8:30am when I’m drying my hair a neighbor started to literally bang on the walls basically telling me to stop using the dryer which was quite ridiculous especially on a weekday. I asked the host for clarity on this and she never replied to my message. The final issue was the drain in the shower. It would not drain properly and it would puddle significantly during our showers. The host seems to know this as they mention to clear out any hair from the drain in the welcome book. On our Last night it flooded the entire bathroom floor and because the soapy water wasn’t draining it made the shower floor slippery causing one of us to slip and split a toenail. There was graffiti all over the street where the apartment is locating indicating a not so safe appearance. One good thing is that the location for the metro was within walking distance which was convenient!
