Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Property is spacious enough that for 6 people everybody has their own space and not on top of each other. The restaurants are well served with national and international dishes. While we were there, we visited Playa Chica and Playa Grande which are really stunning.

We would recommend this property every time.

We would recommend this property every time. The pool and barbecue area offered a splendid relaxation space. The pool is lovely and plenty big enough for all of us to have fun! Situated in the nice neighborhood, it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Agni Travel were very helpful.

Belle villa sur les photos mais très mal entretenue et avec un service minimum.Cette saison à Lanzarote est très fraîche et pluvieuse. - La maison est glaciale et très humide. - Pas de chauffage dans le salon-salle à manger (cheminée sur photo mais pas de bois) - climatisation dans les chambres peu fiable.- Pas de couvertures supplémentaires (nous avons du les demander) - Condensation par les puits de lumière tombe sur la télé, sur la hotte et sur notre tête dans la sdb parentale.- Salles de bain vieillottes pas de balai de wc dans le wc commun, pas assez d'étendoirs à serviette qui restent humides.-Coffre rouillé placé sous le lavabo du WC commun.- Service dans la cuisine NUL ! RIEN, pas même des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Vaisselle en ferraille comme au camping. Pas de produit vaisselle, ni éponge (sont arrivés le 2ème jour avec les couvertures réclamées). Lumière de la hotte ne fonctionne plus. Pas de sac poubelle. RIEN, RIEN ! J'ai jamais vu ça depuis 14 ans que je loue des villas à cette période à Lanzarote. Evidemment pas de cadeau de bienvenue comme cela se fait souvent.- Sécurité nulle : portail électrique ne fonctionnait plus à la fin du séjour, porte de la chambre parentale sans clé donc ouverte à tous visiteurs venant du dehors. - Piscine assez froide.Je pourrai encore en rajouter : plinthes qui se décollent, 3 portes sur 6 du dressing parentale restent coincées etc...Nous déconseillons donc vivement cette villa en saison froide !!!

Superbe villa pour des vacances sur cette île magnifique ! Très propre, très spacieux, chacun peut avoir son intimité. Idéal pour des vacances en famille.L'espace piscine est fabuleux.Les terrasses sont grandes et très agréables. Les échanges avec l'hôte se font très facilement. Nous recommandons vivement cette superbe maison !!!
