Modern new, uniquely located, spacious, Villa Evgenia is a sensational 3-bedroomed holiday home with private pool beautifully set just a few steps away from the perfect sandy beach of Almyrida. Offering breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, and within easy walking distance to a wide array of shops, restaurants, bays, taxi rank and bus stop, this impressing villa is perfect for all those guests who are looking for a truly special holiday under the shining Cretan sun, yet without the need to rely constantly on a car: a great bonus (within the whole resort, this is the closest villa with private pool to the sea)! With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, lovely gardens with lawn and private pool, unobstructed views, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and all the most modern amenities, Villa Evgenia is set to impress even the most demanding guests. And what about the location? Just: WOW! Almyrida is a true little heaven on Crete, with crystal clear water, sandy beach, excellent gastronomy, and close proximity to the most famous places of interest (including Chania town – and airport). Inside, the accommodation (set over 2 floors) is modern and airy, in typical Mediterranean style, to offer plenty of relaxation together with the most contemporary comforts. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (flat screen smart tv, wi-fi internet connection, sofa), with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc) and dining area, as well as an air-conditioned twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An outdoor dining area is also available to enjoy the breathtaking views (barbecue is provided). Stairs lead up to the first floor where 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (both with double beds), a bathroom with bathtub and a large panoramic terrace are located. The views are really amazing, and stretch all over the coast of Crete: a spectacular sight both at day and at night.Outside, Villa Evgenia offers to its guests a sparkling, newly added, private swimming pool. Perfect for a refreshing dip while enjoy the beautiful views, the pool measures 7.5m x 3.6m with a depth of 1.3m (pool towels are provided). The manicured lawn, with 6 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, is perfect for relaxing hours under the warm Cretan sun, all summer long. Relax reading a book, admire the blue sea, enjoy a glass of wine looking at the world passing by: this will be a holiday to remember! Parking (free of charge) is available on the premises, yet with so many facilities just a few steps away, a car is not essential (a taxi rank is also available within the resort).NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit of damages (euros 300 in total) is required at check-in and returned at check-out.

Villa Evgenia was perfect for our holiday

Villa Evgenia was perfect for our holiday. Only a couple of minutes from sandy beaches, a number of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and shops. There was so much outside space at the Villa including two balconies and a grassed sun bed area next to the swimming pool. Views of the sea all round and hearing the waves was good for the wellbeing. Mr Sifos was so kind and accommodated late check in which we really appreciated.

Our time in Crete was really special and relaxing! The communication was very good from the start and even if clarification was needed it happened very fast and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Maria for that! The villa is amazing, especially the view from the terrace. The sea is quite close only 5 minutes by foot and Mr. Sifis was always there when we had a question.

Tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Almyrida. Super Restaurants sowohl an der Strandpromenade als auch umliegend fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt weiter oben, zum Erreichen muss ein steiler Berg hochgelaufen werden. Der Gastgeber vor Ort als auch Maria sind gut erreichbar. Der Check-In verlief problemlos.
