We regret that the neighborhood felt uncomfortable to you, though it fully meets municipal safety standards. When you contacted us, our team offered assistance and explained available options. Because the property was safe, functional, and compliant, an early checkout refund was not possible. VRBO independently confirmed the listing’s accuracy and compliance. We understand that unfamiliar surroundings can cause concern, but personal perceptions alone cannot justify reimbursement when objective conditions are met. Our staff responded courteously and within policy throughout your stay. While we regret that you chose to leave early, the accommodation met all professional and regulatory requirements.
