Das Apartment war dreckig und sehr heruntergekommenen. Es bräuchte eine Renovierung. Die Lage ist aber zentral und für den günstigen Preis in Ordnung. Duscheinrichtung, Türklinken defekt. Putz platzte von den Wänden und Schimmel war im Badezimmer.
