Property was lovely and clean. Maria is a very good host. The Property is in a really good location. Very close to all the attractions that Barcelona has to offer. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.The only negative is the walls of the property are so thin. The noise from the neighbors can be quite irritating during the day. But once 11.00 passes its always quiet during the night.

The place was in a great location, 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. 15 minutes from the cruise port by taxi. Maria was great to deal with. Place was clean and spacious. The terrace was beautiful. The building was secured. We felt safe. Super market was just around the corner if you need any groceries. Restaurant and café just outside of building. Would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment beautifully kept up. Maria was a great host and tried to set up everything for us. Download the WhatsApp since this is what she uses to communicate as well as Google translator. Everything is close by within walking distance. We took a taxi to park Guell. From there we walked to Familia sagrada then to the Gothic district. From the gothic District back to the apartment without issues.

Our stay was wonderful. We spent every morning and evening having coffee on the patio. The apartment is close to everything, it felt safe, and we would stay there again. Speaking another language is not a barrier, it works out. Thank you.

Maria's communication was over the top! She greeted us on the street and showed us how to get in and out of the building. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! We really enjoyed the rooftop patio. The house is very secure and we always felt safe. I would recommend this property.

Incredibly immaculate apartment! Maria Jesus promptly answered queries. She contacted a taxi for our 4:30 AM departure. Check-in was thorough and professional! The elevator was a godsend given our heavy suitcases and the AC of course! The pastry shop downstairs was great. I recommend the ham and cheese bocadillo! Supermercats were everywhere for just about anything we needed. Thank you, Maria Jesus, for everything!

Maria was so kind and welcoming. She met us at the apartment early to show us around, and how to use things. There were many brochures left by other travelers that came in handy during our trip, and a binder with a guide to the basics of the city made by Maria. It's very close to public transit, and many cafés and restaurants, with only a 20 minute walk to the Gothic quarter. Don't forget to keep the paper metro ticket as it costs 1EUR and can be reloaded!The bedrooms were spacious, and the apartment had everything we needed. The terrace offers an excellent place to have a summer breakfast, but is quite hot in the afternoon and evening. Luckily the air conditioning kept us very comfortable in the apartment! Maria messaged afterwards to make sure we made it to the airport and wished us a good trip. We feel very grateful to have found this spot, so thank you Maria!

Check-in was smooth, but more complicated than I expected. Expect 15-20 minutes. Also, be aware that the elevator is very small and only fit two of us at a time, especially with luggage.
