Amazing location!

I loved to be able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment itself is clean and very comfortable. Quiet too. I couldn’t have asked for more considering the price. I went with my mother to visit my daughter, and it was exactly what I needed.

Had to ask for for check in details. Sent multiple messages as no wifi information was included. The flat had no heat. Again, the host never responded to our requests nor was the lack of heat and wifi addressed. The flat had no drinking glasses! Vrbo tried to help but they weren’t successful getting anyone to respond. The only positive thing about the rental was the location of the flat. Marylebone is a great area.

Great location. Lacking some routine kitchen utensils. Could not get the stove top to function - maybe inductive cooking, no instructions. Used refrigerator, combo washer/dryer - both worked well. While Wi-Fi router was present and active, no connection provided. The windows open to a sunken courtyard/basement patio - leaving them open invites plenty of cigarette smoke into the apartment. Attempted to reach host/management multiple times regarding WiFi access. No response.

Awful communication from host. Check in information was not provided until after we landed in London and I called asking for it. I called after checking in to ask additional questions and report minor repairs needed. I left messages and sent emails. No answer to my calls or emails were received. The property was much smaller than described even for Europe. The bathroom was so small and the shower was too small to move in. Half of the lights in the bathroom were burnt out and needed to be replaced, there was also no lock on the door preventing us from locking it at night from the inside. We pushed the couch in front of the door to block it at night. There was no wifi at the property and no welcome book was there to provide emergency contact information or other property details such as check out information or expectations. We are accustomed to small places in Europe but this was too tiny for the 2 of us. I would not recommend this place to stay and I would never return. I wish I chose somewhere else for our stay.
