The Space:

Set on Randolph Avenue, one of Maida Vale's most desirable addresses, this stylish apartment is a quiet retreat within easy reach of Little Venice and central London.

The spacious principal bedroom is the heart of the apartment. It features a king-size bed alongside an elegant lounge and dining area with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table, so you have space to unwind or dine together.

The second bedroom has a double bed, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped for dining in.

Two bathrooms add convenience: a full bathroom with bath and toilet, and a separate shower room with toilet.

Please note that the apartment has no separate sitting room, because the living and dining space is part of the principal bedroom. The layout is ideally suited to small families or close friends travelling together.



Guest Access:

● Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except the garden.

● The property is on the lower ground floor, and no lift is available.

● There are steps down to the front door. Please use the rail at all times. The stairs, although secure, may not be convenient for very young children or people with mobility issues.

● In a four-minute stroll, you'll arrive at Hall Road (Stop J), the closest bus stop. From there, you can catch the 46 bus heading to Hampstead and the 189 bus bound for Finchley Road.
