THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN NEWLY REFURBISHED.
The apartment is located in the Marina de Albufeira just 15 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The apartment benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning marina and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double bedrooms and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Lounge, with 1 sofa bed which converts to one small double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 6 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with bosch appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed, two single beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathrooms have bath tubs with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have 1 king bed, two single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the swimming pool and the marina, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.
POOL
Changing room and bathrooms near the pool, sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private place marked in the underground garage for one car.
PROPERTY ACCESS
There are lifts in the apartment building.
SECURITY
24 Hour security service in the building such as all floors, garage and pool area for your safety (security included in rental).
