The Space:
This villa in Emilia Romagna is a stone built property, with accommodation laid out over two floors. Terracotta ceilings, wooden beams and thick stone walls offer guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional style Tuscany villa but with all the modern conveniences and luxury that they could wish for.

On the ground floor of this villa in Emilia Romagna, there is a large living room and kitchen. There is also a well equipped kitchen. The first of four bedrooms is also on this floor along with a separate bathroom.

All four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and all have ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have a private living area. One has the added bonus of a furnished terrace enjoying views to the woods and the ancient village of Varignana.

Wood panelling and classic furnishings provide guests with a wonderfully relaxing space in which to enjoy each others company. There are also some beautiful unique antique pieces which add character and charm to each room.

Whilst guests have a fully equipped kitchen in the property, there are two restaurants and a trattoria on site which guests are welcome to enjoy too. The food at each is exceptional, making the most of the delicious, fresh produce grown within the estate. There is also a stylish bar within the main house on the estate and a wine cellar should guests wish to enjoy a wine tasting during their stay.
