This Dream Villa is designed with high-quality materials and offers everything for a relaxing stay by the sea. Enjoy the spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from the spacious terrace that runs across the entire width of the house, complete with dining table and lounge area. The private sandy beach on your doorstep offers direct access to the sea, perfect for snorkeling and diving. Layout villa
You enter the villa on the ground floor through the modern kitchen with cooking island. To the left of the kitchen is a laundry room, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the right is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have patio doors to the terrace. In the middle of the villa is the spacious living room, which provides access to the terrace through a large sliding door. The terrace runs across the entire width of the villa and offers a lounge area, a dining table and sun beds. Via a stone staircase from the terrace you have direct access to the private sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea.
