Villa Bonheur is a spacious and stylishly furnished villa in Oud Lagoen, entirely on one level and set up for six guests. Villa Bonheur is a detached villa in the quiet neighborhood of Oud Lagoen, located at Hofi 14. The villa offers 180 m² of living space and is entirely single-level – no stairs anywhere in sight. The nearest supermarket, Van den Tweel, is 2.5 kilometers away, Chachacha Beach is 3.7 kilometers away, restaurant It Rains Fishes is 3.1 kilometers away, and dive center Dive Friends Yellow Submarine is 3.5 kilometers away. The villa has its own private pool – a standard pool, fully exclusive for guests of Villa Bonheur. Free parking is available on the property.

As a guest of Villa Bonheur, you have full access to the entire villa. This includes all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open kitchen, the living room and all outdoor spaces: the private garden, the covered veranda, the terrace and the outdoor kitchen. Of course, the private pool is entirely at the disposal of you and your travel companions. Free parking is available on the villa's own property. To give our guests a warm welcome and share everything they need to know about the property and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally! Villa Bonheur is located in Oud Lagoen, a quiet and leafy residential neighborhood on the western side of Bonaire. The area is characterized by spacious plots, low-rise buildings and a relaxed atmosphere – well away from the hustle and bustle, yet within convenient reach of Kralendijk and all the island has to offer. Oud Lagoen is a popular place to live among both locals and expats, partly thanks to its proximity to the coast and the open landscape. From the neighborhood, it's a quick drive to a range of dive sites, beaches and the main roads heading north and south across the island.

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Villa Bonheur. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.

Check-in to Villa Bonheur is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
