- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is no parking available at the property however free parking all day is available on the main road just 2mins walk, it is generally used by people who attend Etihad and COOP Live event.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property with a £20 charge. There is a cleaning fee of £10.
Quiet hours are strictly between 23:00 and 7am.
