A gem of a house, set in 12 Acres of grassy moorland on the edge of the North Cornish coast, with spectacular sea views, with nothing between you & the Atlantic Ocean. White sand beaches and turquoise seas below the house and along the coast path, and 10 minutes to many more. Cornwall is famed for these special places.

Located on the South West Coast Path, The Gurnards Head is walking distance as is The Tinners Arms Pub. Close to Newlyn Cultural Centre & Filmhouse, St. Ives & Penzance with outstanding local produce and great restaurants, cafes & wine bars and many brilliant gardens to visit with cafes
Stars are very bright is West Penwith, designated an IDSP International Dark Sky Park in 2021 with minimal light pollution making the stars seem even brighter. Worth gazing at from the hammock and letting your eyes adjust to the splendour.

Please leave the house as you find it, tidy, furniture in the right place, washing up done and put away, all bins emptied as per house instructions
Please take sheets, pillow case and duvet cover off the beds and leave in pile in the bedroom
Please remove outdoor shoes and clean your dog before allowing them into living room
