Beautiful and cozy villa with pool located in Punta Prima, one of the urbanizations on the south coast of Menorca with a beautiful white sand beach.
Entering the property we find a huge irregularly shaped pool, perfect for swimming and cooling off during hot summers. A large awning offers plenty of shade for those who prefer to avoid the sun. Climbing several steps, you access a spacious terrace with an outdoor dining area and several seating areas, some of them with sea views.
The house is distributed in three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace with access to the terrace with sea views. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The property has a barbecue area at the back of the house.
The house is located in a very quiet part of Punta Prima, very close to the beautiful beach and several restaurants that can be reached by walking in five minutes. A magnificent property to not miss a single day of the wonderful views with the blue of the sea as the protagonist.
