The New Salice Apartment - Le Grange is a three-room apartment with double services on the ski slopes: you can reach the Clotes ski slope on foot, and in 10 minutes you will be in the center of the town with all the shops and services.
On the first floor without an elevator, the accommodation consists of an entrance, spacious living room with balcony, well-equipped small kitchen, bedroom with double bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 additional folding bed and balcony, double bathrooms.
Available to guests is the Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).
Covered parking space in a garage.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The rate includes the rental fee paid to the property owner and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
The tourist tax of € 2 per person, per night is not included.
