This stunning one bedroom apartment has been newly refurbished throughout with modern and high spec finishes.

All divisions of the penthouse are facing the sea (south) and are filled with natural light.

The spacious living/dining room has a sofa bed (to accommodate 1 extra person) and patio doors out to the sunny balcony with table and chairs. You can prepare outdoor meals on the electric grill, or simply soak up the sun. This is the perfect spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the amazing sea views.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It also has direct access to the balcony.

Wake up with a sea-view in the stylish bedroom with twin beds ( that can be also zipped together to convert to a king size bed up on request) and fitted wardrobes. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sink. In the entry hall there is also a guest toilet.

Guests have access to the shared pool with sun loungers within the gated condominium.

Further features include a Smart TV, parking space in the communal garage and high speed Wi-Fi.

The famous Meia Praia beach is 12 minutes walk and Lagos Marina with many restaurants and cafes is only 10 minutes by foot.
