All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.
If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
