It is an apartment of 110 m2 located in a newly restored royal estate at 20 mtrs from Paseo de Gracia.
The apartment has 3 rooms all exterior (one suite and two double), 2 bathrooms (one private suite) and caters for up to 6 people.
Also has a lounge, kitchen and a gallery-sunny balcony.
The living room is furnished with designer furniture and equipped with flat screen TV and Freeview international, Hi-Fi equipment for Ipod, Iphone etc, and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has everything you may need to stay at home, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob Bosch whole, as well as Nespresso, kettle, toaster, juicer and all utensils if you want to cook.
In the gallery-balcony overlooking a typical island patio amplisimo Eixample you may relax at the end of the day with a drink or a glass.

Located next to the majestic Hotel del Paseo de Gracia, you can enjoy the magnificent buildings of Gaudi, of the best shopping in Barcelona and a very extensive range of all types of terraces, restaurants and cafes.
Also is 10 min walking Plaça Catalunya and the Ramblas of Barcelona and is well connected with metro, bus and taxis next to the apartment.

The apartment has a tourist license, and operates in
a totally legal way according to local legislation.

Keep in mind that at least 72 hours before your arrival you are required to comply with the following legal requirements:

1. By virtue of current Spanish law all guests (including minors) staying in tourist establishments must REGISTER ONLINE before their arrival. We will send you a link some days before your trip to BCN so you can register digitally.

I booked this apartment for my americans friends, and here there is their comments: The location was PERFECT! Just off the main road and walking distance to la rumbla. Bus stops and taxi ranks on the corner. Hotel Majestic 20 metres away for awesome rooftop drinks. A unique little bar across the road with a great vibe. The apartment itself is very funky! One of the owners is an architect with extremely good taste so we felt really special hanging out in the apartment. Super clean, all modern facilities, fantastic furnishings and features. And the wifi was really good! (we had experienced some really slow connections in other cities of Europe this trip). 5 of us slept very comfortably. The day before we arrived we were told they had just installed double glazed Windows in the bedrooms as some previous guests mentioned they could hear street noise. This has obviously worked perfectly, as we could not hear a thing at night. Lali left us a detailed laminated map with all the recommended places for supermarkets, breakfast locations bars etc which really helped us find our way around. 35€ in a taxi from the airport which wasn't too bad either, with Lali waiting out the front to greet us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has never been to Barcelona before as it made our stay so memorable."

Modern luxury at its best

We loved our stay in the apartment - thank you! We loved the combination of classic design elements of the building - crown molding, tile floors, combine with modern conveniences - modern kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful furnishings. It was also very spacious, quiet, and clean. Our family of four was very comfortable here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their space. It was a great oasis for us after busy days out in Barcelona. Thank you so much Lluis - a true gem!

I stayed at this apartment for my first visit to Barcelona and to celebrate my birthday with close friends. The apartment was so comfortable, clean and roomy for all of us. The location was ideal. Luis and Lali were great to work with and responsive. I would recommend this place!

Fabulous!

This property has it all. We loved our stay here. First, the central location makes it easy to walk or take the metro to most anything you’ll want to do in Barcelona. The apartment is roomy, clean, with a balcony that gets beautiful afternoon sun. There are many thoughtful “extras”, such as umbrellas, a wonderful book collection and a personal guide to the shops, restaurants and sites in the neighborhood.

Family dreams fulfilled

My aunt will turn 88 in 6 weeks and her bucket list included flamenco and sangria in Barcelona. We did it all and this apartment, with the beautiful old elevator and tall ceilings, really set the tone for an authentic experience. Cafe con leche at different places every morning all within 1-2 blocks. Perfect!

Clean, Comfortable, and Well-Located

Ideal apartment for a visit to Barcelona with our teen and young adult children. It was very clean, comfortable to relax in, and walkable to so many attractions. Luis was always responsive and gave us more recommendations than we had time to enjoy them. We were only able to stay three nights but would have been quite happy there for a longer stay.

Great stay. Great location.

We had a great experience in Barcelona. Luis was very attentive to all of our needs. We were there a full week and wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely no better location in the heart of the city. The apartment was as described and very secure.

Excellent stay in a great neighbourhood

Our family of four (with university-aged kids) truly enjoyed this home for our week-long stay. We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in. The place is bright, quiet, clean and rather spacious by big city standards. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need, while not being cluttered. Working air conditioning was a big plus in August. The location worked super well for our style of travelling. We walked everywhere for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out. We rented bikes a few times to go to the beaches. We rented a car from the railway station for an excursion to Girona and the Costa Brava. We bought our groceries from nearby markets, shops and bakeries, and thus truly felt like locals. Just around the corner is shopping haven - from all luxury brands to flagship stores and more reasonable options. There are a lot of restaurants within the vicinity, with some hidden gems. Our top tip: we loved the rooftop bar at the Majestic Hotel right on the corner - incredible views with first-class service. In summary, the apartment played a big role in making our stay in Barcelona so enjoyable and memorable.

Great apartment for Barcelona visit

Clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well in mid August heat. Location perfect for exploring different parts of the city. Lift helpful for getting bags up to the apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by and many main tourist sites easily walkable.

Excellent Apartment

We were a party of 6 and the 3 bedrooms worked well for us. The amenities were nice. The washer and real dryer were a definite plus as we had been in Spain for 6 days when we arrived in Barcelona. Definitely a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. Less than a block from Passeig de Gracias with the high end shops. Close to Gaudi buildings too. We loved it.

Perfect location

This is a perfect apartment for a family of 4. We had plenty of room and the living area now has two chairs and a sofa so all of us had a place to relax. The balcony is really nice to have a drink or breakfast. Washer and dryer worked great. The owners Lluis and Lali are super nice and very responsive to any needs. The location is half a block to Paseo de Gracia and right by Gaudi's famous houses. We definitely would recommend this property.

Spacious apartment, great neighborhood

Lali was very easy to work with and we had a nice welcome by Jordi who showed us everything we needed to know...large living area and kitchen..Nespresso coffee machine, just like home, two bathrooms with rain head showers. Comfortable beds. Like many old buildings, tiny elevator..we usually rode up but walked down. High end stores all along Passeig de Gracia, 2-3 block walk to metro, restaurants close by. No English or maybe other language tv channels so bring your own computer and HDMI cable if you have Netflix, Hulu or other subscriptions. It was a lovely apartment and everything went very smoothly.

Terrific apartment in a fantastic location!

This was an amazing place for our family of 5 with kids ages 8-12. Beautiful place with an amazing location. Very close to a metro stop but you can walk almost anywhere within 30 minutes. Great neighborhood places to eat despite being right in the city. Awesome place to stay. Would highly recommend

Amazing location and architectural beauty

This lovely apartment is located perfectly to see much of Barcelona. It is in a lovely district just two blocks west of the Ramblas de Catalunya, which contains many restaurants and cafes and two blocks to the metro line and easy access to taxis, as well. The apartment is extremely stylish with beautiful bathrooms and nice sleeping space for a family, such as ours (we traveled with four young adult children). An ample kitchen made it easy to prepare a light breakfast and have time to unwind after touring with some wine and cheese. It was hard to leave - at least four nights are required to appreciate all that Barcelona has to offer! Highly recommend this location.

El apartamento esta situado al lado del Paseo de Gracia en una ubicacion premium, en l Eixample un barrio residencial de clase media alta lleno de vida, restaurantes, cafeterias, terrazas, edificios magnificos, cines, teatros, las mejores tiendas o cualquier cosa que puedas encontrar en una gran ciudad.

El apartamento esta reformado con buen gusto y es muy amplio (110m2) y comfortable , apto para hasta 6 personas, ideal para familias y grupos de amigos.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Esta ubicado la lado del Paseo de Gracia, la avenida mas famosa y lujosa de Barcelona, en una situacion super centrica con buen acceso al transporte publico. Todas la habitaciones tienen ventilación natural y el apartamento tiene mucha luz.

Esta a 10 min andando de Plaza Cataluña y de las Ramblas de Barcelona.
Apartamento ubicado en un edificio residencial, no dispone de servicios propios de los hoteles.
