The area is very multicultural, great transport links with easy access to the city centre, to the Forest Recreation ground where they host Goose Fair. Its 2 tram stops away from NTU (Nottingham Trent University) in town.

The property is clean, quiet, newly refurbed - in Dec 2024 with everything... carpets, furniture, brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom... every room painted. Fully equipped kitchen - all your cooking utensils... rice cooker, slow cooker, blender, nutri bullet, microwave... plus washing facilities - washing machine and dryer - soap and all cleaning materials are provided and is under the kitchen sink. Free on-street parking. It's convenient and cosy.
