コテージは、ウォーキング、サイクリング、ナショナルトラストの施設や荘厳な住宅を訪れるのに最適な、ノッティンガムシャー＆ダービーシャーを探索するのに理想的な拠点です。

最近全面改装されたコテージは、伝統的な雰囲気とモダンな快適さを兼ね備えた優れた自炊式の宿泊施設です。。

> 1階には復元された松の雨戸がある3つのベッドルームがあり、趣味良く装飾されています。 田園地帯の景色を望むキングサイズベッドルーム（必要に応じてツインルームにすることができます）、田園地帯の景色を望むツインルーム、さらにダブルベッドルーム。。

>バスルームのロールトップスリッパバスには、独立したシャワー室、トイレ、洗面台、温水タオル掛けがあります。。

We arrived and found keys no problem. We had problems with the heating. we contacted Jo and very quickly our neighbour Andrew pop around as Jo had contacted him and left heaters and he arranged to get it working the next day. Andrew at short notice also sat with our dog for long time while we went to a wedding came for. So around very good time all round Roger Guest

The spacious property is in a tranquil setting that is supremely quiet and “away from it all” with modern amenities and characterful features. A couple of housekeeping issues upon arrival were sorted by the owner. Only issue was the internet was exceptionally slow. Overall, met my expectations.

Beautiful cottage, stunning location

We booked the cottage to stay the weekend of my wedding. It was perfect. The cottage is just amazing, so clean and feels so cosy and homely. The scenery is breathtaking and made for some beautiful pictures. Our photographer was beyond happy with the location. The hosts were truly amazing. So helpful and friendly. I cant thank them enough for how welcome they made us feelThe only negative was we didnt get to spend enough time at the cottage, so we are already talking about going back.

Another great stay in Teversal!

Second time visiting and still wonderful. Great accomadation and location is perfect with super friendly hosts. This is becoming our go to base camp when visiting friends in the UK.

Everything was great!

Great communication from hosts and friendly throughout. Well appointed cottage with everything we needed and perfect for getting out on walks and seeing the surrounding countryside. Just the break we needed and the dogs had a great time too. We hope to come again, many thanks.

A beautiful time

We had a nice holliday with our family. We visit a lot of places in the neighberhood and there was a warm welcome in the Church of Teversal with people from the village.

Your reservation for Manor Farm Cottage is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. A deposit 30% of the total amount is payable upon booking (non refundable). The remaining balance is due six weeks before the start of your holiday.

Arrival at Manor Farm Cottage should be after 3.00pm on the day of arrival. We ask guests to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure, unless you are departing on a Sunday when you are more than welcome to stay till 3pm

Please note:

All linen is included in the price, fresh bath towels are also included.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Smoking is permitted but not internally.

Holiday insurance

We suggest that all potential guests ensure that they have comprehensive holiday insurance which includes cover for unavoidable cancellations.

The accommodation comprises:

Downstairs:

- Fully fitted farmhouse style kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer.
- Lounge with feature open chimney breast and log burner and patio doors opening onto the garden and views across open countryside. Original winding cottage stairs lead to the first floor.

Upstairs:

- Bedroom 1 with Super King size bed with views over the rear and open countryside, original pine shutters and period fireplace. (Can also be made a twin bedroom)

- Bedroom 2 with double bed to the front of the property

- Bedroom 3 a twin room (2ft 6 beds) with views over the garden and open countryside, original pine shutters and period fireplace.

- Family Bathroom complete with wc, wash hand basin, separate shower cubicle and freestanding luxurious slipper bath. Heated towel rail and hot air heater.

Outside the property is surrounded by secluded gardens, which includes a large playing lawn an orchard and a raised garden with views over open countryside.

There is ample parking to the front of the property.
