Spectacular 1-bedroom corner on the 1st floor of Block C in the iconic Skol Building. Recently modernised and refurbished, southwest-facing apartment is fitted with huge windows to let you soak up the amazing views and sunsets looming over Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, and African Rif mountains.
Accommodation comprises: spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and access to the large main terrace; fully-fitted kitchen with washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge; bedroom with 2 single beds together with smart Tv; and a sofa-bed inside the bedroom for 2 people (140cmx190cm), bathroom with shower plate. This apartment has been renovated using high-quality materials, and offers some of the best views in Marbella.
🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.
🏊♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
